SIGNING UP WITH MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT IS NOT THE SAME AS JOINING THE PTA
Membership Toolkit is the service that allows us to make purchases, complete paperwork, and coordinate our volunteer efforts — all online. The goal is to save time, and work together more smoothly and efficiently!
ONCE REGISTERED, YOU CAN:
- Join Timberwood Middle School PTA (and pay dues) online
- Complete your directory information (for PTA members only)
- Purchase spirit wear, tickets on-line for school dances, fundraisers, etc.
- Complete Online Forms & Volunteer Sign-ups
- Donate
- Access to content website pages just for our families and members

Why join PTA? What does PTA do?
- We create memorable and supportive experiences for all at TMS.
Staff initiatives:
- Staff breakfast
- Staff treat days
- Staff lunches
- Monthly contests
- Monthly popcorn

- Coffee bar in partnership with Texas Charm Realty
- Teacher/rookie of the year gifts
- Financial support for various recognitions/celebrations
Initiatives for students
- Purchased frogs for science
- Purchased supplies for clinic
- Financial support for various clubs

- Spring Fling dance
- Maroon and White Ball
Anyone can join TMS PTA. Parents, Grandparents, Faculty, Students, and even community members. Increased membership diversifies PTA and provides varied skills and ideas that benefit students. By joining the PTA, you help us meet our schools needs that are outside the scope of their budget.
If I join, do I have to?
- Go to meetings?
No. You are welcome to attend our general meetings though. - Volunteer or spend a lot of time at school?
Nope! Joining the PTA is not the same as volunteering. If you choose to volunteer we would LOVE the help—but volunteering is not required.
We offer three levels of membership:
- Panther Membership- $10 includes local, state and national PTA membership.
- Silver Membership- $25 includes a TShirt/Deadline September 1.
- Gold Membership- $75 includes both levels above plus a Paw Print/Deadline September 1.
